Although some people get by on less than others, we all need sleep.
Why are you not tired? Have you exercised enough? Have you lost your routine for work, rest and play? Are you eating a healthy diet?

It's important to use your brain and exercise your body each day. Sticking to a routine will make sleep easier. Eating properly, not too close to bedtime, will also help.
